How a bath with Magnesium Sulphate can solve your health issues

Especially in the cold days during winter, is a hot bath always relaxing and helps your body and mind recover from a full on day. However sometimes we need a bit more, sometimes we need a solution for aching muscles, to relieve stress, improve muscle and nerve function and even soothe that inflammation in our joints. If that is the case we recommend you take a hot bath and this time add some magnesium sulphate, also known as Epsom salt, which is a natural mineral, composed of nano, colourless crystals that could be mistaken for table salt, but in fact are a completely different thing.

Epsom salt was discovered in the 17th century, first distilled from the water of a bitter saline spring at Epsom, in Surrey, England and has since been used to replenish our body with minerals.

Your first solution to a magnesium deficiency should be a hot bath enriched with magnesium sulphate. Common symptoms for a magnesium deficiency are muscle spasms, tics, cramps, weakness, impaired muscle coordination, difficulty swallowing or tremors you may also be lacking in magnesium. Cardiovascular symptoms of magnesium deficiency include coronary spasms or irregular or rapid heartbeat. We recommend seeking medical advise if you suffer from any of the above, but an epsom salt bath the night before will surely help you feel better.
