Ingredients

Each packet contains 30 to 60 servings (2,000mg/2g or 1,000mg/1g per serving depending on your personal preference) of organic Chaga mushroom extract powder. Just add half a teaspoon to your coffee, tea, smoothies or other dishes. Take any time of day, with or without a meal.

We recommend to take 1,000mg (or 1 gram), which is half a teaspoon, when starting and gradually work your way up to 2,000mg (or 2 grams), which is one teaspoon.

Choogy Chiggy Chaga!!!! This is good stuff - on my second bag & surprised it settles my stomach
