Organic Lion's Mane Extract (standardized to contain 40% Beta-Glucan)(Hericium erinaceus)(Fruiting Body). We use only 100% whole fruiting body, dual extracted to deliver you powerful benefits. And then we add... Nothing. Seriously, that’s it. Just Lion's Mane.

How to take?

Each packet contains 30 to 60 servings (2,000mg/2g or 1,000mg/1g per serving depending on your personal preference) of organic Lion's Mane mushroom extract powder. Just add half a teaspoon to your coffee, tea, smoothies or other dishes. Take any time of day, with or without a meal.

We recommend to take 1,000mg (or 1 gram), which is half a teaspoon, when starting and gradually work your way up to 2,000mg (or 2 grams), which is one teaspoon.

Energy with a mental boost - premium powder compared to other lions mane I have used

Looked into the formulation and think the fact this powder has the highest beta glucans of any powder I have ever tried before may be why this has given me decent results so far. The taste is bitter but that is always the case with more potent lions mane powders, worth it for the benefits

Better than the brand I was taking before.

GIVES ME ENERGY

Almost done with my first pouch. I take half a teaspoon directly into my mouth every morning, along with the cordyceps. Gives me the boost I need to get through the day - without the jitters I get from coffee.
