            Effective and it tastes nice

            I have tried all the herbal teas for sleep and none of them work for me, so I am happy to have discovered this reishi mushroom powder ... it's very effective for sleep. I take 1tsp in warm water before bed... about 20 minutes later I start to feel noticeably drowsy.

            It's also great because it tastes fine/neutral and you can add it to hot milk drinks or smoothies, etc... I tried another reishi powder and it tasted vile, which meant I was less likely to use it. Great product.
