A little too grainy

Great authentic, aussie owned, organic product but needed a little more milling to be less grainy and more of a fine flour consistency. This effected the end product of my bread, pizza base and cupcakes that I made. Was pretty good mixed in with oat’s, as a biscuit. Left a nice crumbly texture. Not recommended for cakes, pizza base, breads, cupcakes or pancakes.
