We know how exciting it is to receive your goodies! Most orders are shipped within 1-4 business days from our Melbourne warehouse. As soon as it’s on the way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery times depend on your location. Metro areas usually receive orders within 2 -10 business days, while regional or remote areas may take a little longer. We always do our best to get your parcel to you quickly and safely. If it's been longer than 10 days since your order has been dispatched, please shoot us an email with your order number so we can look in to it for you!

Yes, we sure can look in to this for you. Please keep in mind that express delivery is from the date of dispatch which will still take 1-4 processing days after your order has been placed. Reach out to us for an express delivery quote that we can add to your order. Perfect for those last-minute gifts or pantry top-ups

If it's been more than 4 business days and your tracking hasn't updated, please reach out. We do order some items in fresh to give you the longest shelf life possible so may have had a stock delivery delay. We’ll look in to it and figure out what's going on! You're not alone — we're here to help every step of the way.

We totally get it — everyone loves a deal! While you can only use one discount code per order, you're welcome to combine a gift card or store credit with a discount code.

We want you to love everything you receive from us, but if something’s not quite right, we understand. Please send us an email to info@australianorganicproducts.com.au with your order number, any photos and the issue you're having and a member of our customer service team will work out a solution for you. If eligible, you're welcome to return unopened and unused items within 10 days.

Unfortuantely not. We are a warehouse only and don't have payment facilities or cash kept on site. We do offer click & collect though with orders ready for collection within our processing times of 1-4 business days.

We do our best to keep shipping costs low. Rates depend on your location and order size and are calculated at checkout. We partner with trusted couriers to get your goodies to you as safely as possible. For orders going to regional Australia or that are considered bulky, there may be an extra cost associated that we will be in touch with after your order has been placed.

You sure can! We love spreading the natural and organic goodness worldwide! Simply input your international shipping address at check out and our website will generate a shipping quote for you.

International orders may be subject to import and customs fees, yes. However we do not collect this on your local customs' office behalf. This is an extra cost that you will be notified about if your order is subject to it by your local customs office as we pass on your phone number and email address to them.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us ASAP via our Contact Page with your order number and new address and we'll do the best we can to have this changed over!

Absolutely! Orders can be collected from our warehouse located at 2/52 Cambria Road, Keysborough Victoria from Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm. Just come in to our warehouse through the rollerdoor and let a member of our team know your order numebr and they will grab it for you.

Oh no! If something’s missing or doesn’t look right, we’re so sorry. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and we’ll sort it out quickly and kindly — just the way we’d want someone to help our family.

That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. Send us a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our very best to update or cancel it for you. Once it’s been shipped, we can no longer make changes — but we’ll still help in any way we can.

We can update your order only if it hasn’t been packed. Please get in touch right away for changes.

In some instances, yes! We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days. Just contact our lovely support team and we’ll take it from there.

Your health and wellbeing matter to us deeply. If you’ve had a reaction, please stop using the product right away. Unfortunately we don't accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been used and are opened however, but if you need any health assistance please contact your local GP.
