What is Peg Paste?
Peg Paste is a natural oral care brand formulated and manufactured in Australia. It is one of the few premium hydroxyapatite toothpastes made here rather than imported. The range covers Natural Mint, Intense Mint, Sacred Clove, Flavour Free and the high-strength Enamel Shield Mint, in both a signature upright pump bottle and a lighter travel-friendly tube. What is hydroxyapatite and why use it instead of fluoride?
Hydroxyapatite is a calcium mineral that makes up roughly 97% of tooth enamel. Used in toothpaste it helps replenish lost minerals and fill the microscopic scratches in enamel where stains gather, which smooths the tooth surface and can make teeth look naturally brighter over time. It is a gradual, enamel-safe approach rather than bleaching, and because it is biocompatible it suits people who prefer to avoid fluoride. Every Peg Paste is 100% fluoride free.
Is Peg Paste made in Australia?

Which Peg Paste should I choose?
Natural Mint is a gentle everyday peppermint and the easiest starting point. Intense Mint is sharper and cooler if you want a stronger fresh hit. Sacred Clove brings clove oil, miswak and spearmint for a warm, spiced flavour. Flavour Free has no added flavouring at all, which suits sensitive palates, sensory sensitivities, children and anyone taking homeopathic remedies. Enamel Shield Mint is the highest-strength hydroxyapatite formula, built for sensitive teeth, coffee and wine drinkers, and anyone rebuilding after dental treatment.
Pump or tube?
The 190g size comes in the brand's signature upright pump bottle, which is the cult-favourite format and good value for home use.
