Be aware before buying that this product is advertised as a flake but is identical to crumbs.

Bought 5 packets and still on the first one. Add to my fruit and cerial every morning. I don't eat meat so happy to know I'm getting extra protein and love the taste that I just can't put my finger on.

I added the lupin flakes to my breakfast muesli mix which comprises nuts and seeds. I have to say that I found them a little gritty and tasteless. Perhaps the flakes could be more palatable by being lager and toasted.
