Directions for Use

VAPORISATION
Create your own personal aromatic environment and balance emotional wellbeing.

HOW

  1. Choose 3 essential oils.
  2. Add a total of 5 drops to the water your Oil Garden diffuser.
  3. As the mist rises it carries the pure essential oil particles into the surrounding air.

MASSAGE
Nourish and rejuvenate the body while experiencing the healing benefits of pure essential oils.

HOW

  1. Choose 3 essential oils.
  2. Add a total of 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil and gently massage over the skin.
  3. The oils are absorbed into the body via the hair follicles working from within to improve general wellbeing.

INHALATION
Treat minor ailments and hydrate the skin.

HOW

  1. Choose 3 essential oils.
  2. Add a total of 5 drops to a bowl of hot steamy water.
  3. Place a towel over your head and inhale deeply for 10 minutes.
  4. The essential oil molecules are absorbed via the respiratory system into the body.

Recipes for Sandalwood Essential Oil

SLEEP: VAPORISE the below in preperation for a restful nights sleep:

  • 1 drop Australian Sandalwood
  • 2 drops Orange
  • 2 drops Marjoram

COLD SORES: To fight infection add one drop of Australian Sandalwood to the end of a cotton tip and directly apply onto cold sore.

DERMATITIS & ECZEMA: To sooth inflammed and dry skin mix the below in 1 tbs of Jojoba oil and MASSAGE onto affected area:

  • 1 drop Australian Sandalwood
  • 2 drops Chamomile German
  • 1 drop Lavender
