When I opened the order this item had leaked in the box. It left me 3/4 of the product so I was still able to use it. It a regular cleanser. I'm usually super sensitive and it hasn't caused any irritation. I also have the lotion and they're very nice together. They do have a very strong earthy scent which I don't love but don't hate either. Aside from the delivery it does the job for 40+ man and women skin and teen boys skin.
