Heaven sent for old wounds

I happen to have 2 knees I was told needed reconstruction… yrs ago. Very careful exercise, a correct keto diet (anti-inflammatory n healing) AND this comfrey cream have me at a point now where I can gingerly do 3 x 1min run on treadie (albeit very carefully!)…. I was told itd get worse snd i would be immobile without replacements… this, along with an infrared lamp, has made the most difference.
