Great gluten and rice free alternative

Bob's Red Mill is a very consistent brand, been using it for years never disappointed. The sweet white sorghum is easy to bake with, mild flavour, doesn't suck up the moisture in your bake as much as other gluten free flours such as coconut flour. A great alternative to gluten free rice flour mixes (if rice is also an issue).
