The creamiest milk powder I have encountered
I use this product regularly and although I have not tried it as a substitute for milk, I love the creamy consistency. I make SIBO yogurt that calls for 1/2 and 1/2 in the USA but it’s not available in Australia. I have experimented over two years by using various creams however, these all contain additives. Then I discovered the organic full cream milk order, I add 3/4 of a cup to 1.2 litres of full cream milk and the result is the best yogurt I could ever hope for.

Certified Organic Full Cream Milk Powder
This is a great product for making a greek style yoghurt. Gives it a nice thick finish and smooth flavour. This milk powder dissolves easily into the milk when making up the yoghurt. I would recommend this product.

Good quality Milk powder that mixes easily
I make my own probiotic yogurt and it was becoming a little thin. I was advised to add some milk powder. I looked at a number of supermarket brands but wasn’t happy with the additive list. I decided to use this organic brand and the result was a much thicker, creamier yogurt.
