    fantastic

    Tiger nut flour is so good to cook with. It has a slight sweet , nutty taste to it. Its so good to make ginger nuts with. Also mixed with tapioca flour.
    It has a lot of health benefits to it and is also guten free.

    I love this Tigernut flour! The flavor is yummy and it's great to cook with , I have used it in muffins and date scones so far and will be using it a lot from now on. The result in cooking is light and a more fluffy soft texture to cakes etc. It is unfortunately a bit pricey.
