For children from 2 years: To maintain digestive health: 1 sachet daily. To support bowel regularity: 1 sachet, twice daily (drink additional water between doses). Empty sachet into glass, add 150-200mL water or preferred cold drink and stir well. Some residual fibre sediment after stirring is normal. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breast feeding - seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Not to used in children under 2 years of age. Store below 25°C.
